I'm about to put up the guttering on an extension and will be running a down pipe on either side of the extension. There is currently no drainage at the foot of the downpipes and cant dig a soak away to run to as the ground is clay. There is a waste water inspection chamber to one side of the extension, could i run underground pipes to this from the downpipes and drill a hole into the side of the chamber. Would I need permission to do this and what would I use to drill the hole as I think the chamber is precast concrete?
