I have recently moved into a new property with a combi central heating boiler.
Im not sure of the make and model, but it has no timer. There are 2 dials, one for Off/Hot Water/Hot Water + Central Heating and the other for the Temperature.
I was wondering how easy would it be to install a thermostat on the boiler, and can all combi boilers be fitted with programmable digital thermostats?
If you check with the manufacturer there will probably be a programmer that will fit into the control panel of the boiler. This is easier to install than external controls.
You will be able to fit a programmable thermostat to the boiler. If you're unsure consult an electrican or heating engineer.
