Tiling

by Gordon Shaw » Fri Apr 19, 2013 4:42 am

I am about to tile my barthroom/toilet; Where is the right place to start tileing? Have window facing door as you enter, have been told to start in line with window sill as this is point that eye will fall on to, on entry. An advice please! For what its worth ex Pom now living in Western Australia.

Thank you for your prompt reply, have done what you asked and still do not feel the qouestion was addressed! please forgive me if I am being a slow learner, but starting on a wall with no windows, ok I get that. My question was about the window being the first thing you see when you enter the room. So do I comence tileing at the center of window sill? As this is the most domernet the fetcher, I am trying to get the layout right, as you say in your vidios get the lay out right the rest should fall into place (crossed fingers).
Many thanks
Gordon
Also just letting you know I am dyslexic so spelling no so good! Hope my tileing is better!
