We seem to have polystyrene tiles on the ceiling that have been covered over with lining paper and painted! do we remove them (and then what?) or leave them there? they also have dents in them!
am not bothered about hard graft (just taken woodchip off the walls) but want to do the job properly first time!
any help greatly received as causing lots of arguements!
