No matter what position I have it in, after the initial flush it fills up to the level. When I go back to it later I can hear it hissing, when i check i can see that the level has dropped, not a huge amount, but it leads to the device trickling water out etc. Even overnight its not reached the overflow level, not sure how or where any departing water is going with not reaching the overflow. Do I have a defect part? I changed the level of the float multiple time to see if that remedy
