Toilet slow leak into pan, but how to fix?

Hi

Would anyone know how to resolve a slow leak into the toilet pan. I have attached a picture and thanks for your help

Hi ianian,
You will have to replace the flush unit washer. Failing this a complete replacement is your only other option.
