I tried to unblock toiler by using a wire now the bottom of the toilet has black scratches AND IS MARKED were the wire was rubbing how do I get rid of them[/b]

With great difficulty I am afraid.

The only solution is to empty the pan of water, dry it, and polish the marks away with a diamond rubber. If there are many scratches, it will probably be impossible or impractical to remove them all.

Not good news!
