I fitted a new diaphragm to my toilet's Torbeck valve. from that moment on, I have experienced water hammer. I have seen a note to tighten the retaining cap, but that hasn't worked. The system is low pressure, fed from the loft's cold tank.
I can't see what else I can do, other than replacing with a Fluidmaster, which I'm loth to do.
