Very hot water from Water Tank All aspects of plumbing questions and answers, help, tips and information

HI,
I have turned off Hot water from central heating system switch board (wall mounted digital board to set timer etc...) But still getting very hot water as sson as you turn on taps in bathroom or kitchen. I think its something wrong with Hot water tank? Can any one who is expert on this please advise what could be wrong? Is it immersion gone fauilty or something wrong with electric wirings?

Turn off your electric immersion heater. Sounds like a faulty thermostat on the element.

Very dangerous if this is the case !!!
