Vokera Compact 28 Problem

Post by Bezz » Wed Oct 01, 2008 6:09 pm

After extended use of h/w eg a shower and closing the h/w tap, it would seem that the boiler continues to heat the water to such an extent that it shuts down and lights up the red error led.
This doesn't happen after short use but only after 5 mins or so. It's in my place in France so is running on LPG.
Doesn't seem to be the flow restrictor - it's clean.
Any other ideas?
Pretty please

Not familiar with the boiler, may be DHW flow switch sticking, if the burner does stay on like you say after the hot tap is closed, then the heat cannot go anywhere as the taps are closed = overheating/lockout.

The burner should go out as soon as the tap is closed.
