I have a small workshop built off breeze blocks which sits directly onto a concrete yard.This has been up about 10 years now ,when it rains water stands at one corner outside in yard and then seeps through into workshop floor.Any thoughts on how to solve this problem please?

You can render the outside with a waterproof render paying particular attention to the joint between floor and wall or you could cut away a small gulley around the peremeter of the affected area.
