I have just had a Grohe Zedra tap fitted, using my regular plumber whom I trust.
After installation as per the instructions, the water is spewing out of the bag of the tap head on the pull out hose.
Without the tap head, everything is fine, it is as if the seal between the hose and the tap head is not watertight.
The 'collar' on the hose with which the head is secured do not seem to have any washers on it, my plumber thinks the collar should be secured to the hose, rather than loose, as per the attached pictures.
I am waiting to hear back from both the supplier and the tap manufacturer, but would welcome any opinions.
