a friend as asked me to look at is water pressure i havent put a gauge on yet but says its very low his combi boiler will not even go to 1 bar and he can stop his tap water with is thumb he lives in a mid terreced house water is straight from the street no signs of leaking pipe although could be under ground water board dont want to know but have said they will put new pipe in for £4,500 any one got any idears before i start will be a help it used to ok he told me but it does sound like a leak thanks for any help
