Hi apachediyman Assuming you are referring to the roof part it’s a splayed bay window roof. How you treat it will depend on whether it is lead - scrape the roof lightly and see if it comes up shiny metal. If it is lead best to just wash down but you should redo the short length of pointing which is missing on the flashing. If it is not lead it will probably be an off-the-shelf grp roof - find out who the manufacturer is and ask what they suggest. Regards S
Hi thanks for this info, so I realised I could use patination oil for the lead flashing, but what is the best grey/dark grey paint type to use on the bottom curvy bit just above the window itself? I am not sure what material it is. Maybe a multi surface paint will work?
