Postby russellfl » Sat Apr 26, 2014 8:17 am

Hi, I'm about to replace an old wooden shed with a new larger one, (old 10ft x 8ft) new (16ft x 10 ft). I will be making a floor on skids and am ok with what I need for that, but what size timber will i need for the walls/apex roof framing? i will be finishing the exterior with shiplap cladding.

a minimum of 75 x 50 mm tantalized timber for the framework should be used, 75mm x 50 will be fine for the rafters
