Hi,

I've recently removed some old bakelite tiles from a concrete floor which were originally stuck down with a bitumen type product, I'm now left with a very thin layer of this bitumen stuff and have to lay a solid wooden tongue and groove floor over top of it. Can anyone advise me on which type of glue I can use?
