Hi, We have an airing cupboard in the bedroom which we want to move. The cupboard contains live electrics and also water pipes. The pipes extends in to the loft but I believe have been blanked off but still active. The wall of the cupboard which extends into the bedroom is solid brick. I am assuming that the pipes once would have fed the cold water tank which was probably directly above hence the solid brick wall. The question is, which trade would best be suited to removing the cupboard. Also, would I also need a plumber and sparky to remove/re-route the utilities or is this a small enough job that could be managed by an individual.
