Window Handle on Double Glazed Window Fell off the Mounting Bracket

The mounting bracket and spindle are still intact on the double-glazed window frame however the handle came off in my hand.

Can this be easily refitted?

If so, can you explain how it can be done, please?

This probably means that the thread which the bolts fit into has gone. You can refit using self tapping screws slightly wider than the threaded holes or better still buy uPVC repair screws.
