I'm running a single spur through a 5amp fuse box (non switchable) to a 2 gang light switch. I'm not sure how to wire the 2 gang i.e. with a single L & N running in and 2 lights running out i.e x 2 L and x 2 N?

The neutrals and earths are not switched there is a general diag here http://www.ericmark.talktalk.net/lights.bmp if you want to switch neutrals you need a grid switch.
