Hi,
The red light is on and we are not getting any hot water. there does not seem to be an ignition button. Please help!

The ignition will be electronic, have you tried resetting the boiler ?

You need to find out what stage the boiler is getting to, for example does pump run ? fan run ? air pressure switch proven, ignition at burner ? etc etc
