Hi,

The catch on my Yale door lock back door has stopped fully retracting into the lock when the handle is fully depressed. Which prevents the door from opening. If I turn the key further at this point it will retract.

Is there any internal adjustment on the lock to alter the amount of retraction so that I can restore the original behaviour - i.e. retracting sufficiently to open the door for several years?

Did you ever solve this problem?
My Yale door mechanism has exactly the same symptoms.

(it's been getting worse over several years, and is now critical).
