Zone Valves in Wet Underfloor Heating System

by Tony 5678 » Wed Jul 20, 2016 7:45 pm

Hi, can someone tell me why, when installing underflow heating (wet system), I need to install zones, I understand that it may be better from a control perspective, but do I really need to? especially when the radiators have TRV's on them, which effectively put independent control on each room anyway?

I have searched the internet and the answer to this basic questions seems to be missing.

Thanks.
