Welcome to our bin store video, how to erect a bin store
0:07
This is where the bins were. This is where we want them to be and the first thing is to put one post in at just over bin height against the fence or wherever you want it
0:20
Dig the hole for the second one and then start to cut a panel down. Cutting a panel down means cutting along a baton whether you have to insert that baton yourself or whether one exists
0:29
one exists at the right width. Fix the baton, cut the panel down to the
0:36
correct width and the correct height and then of course where necessary you
0:43
can fix the baton. You can usually take a baton off the fence panel to
0:47
refix it in the new position as you can see here and then we are lucky enough to
0:55
have a nail gun to fix the baton back in place. Usually for any length you would fix the baton before you did the
1:06
soaring but in this case with a small panel we've sawed the panel to the
1:11
correct size and then fix the baton in place Once you cut the panel down screw it to your existing the original post Put your second post in the post hole and then mark the top and saw always at an angle
1:34
to let the water run off the top of the post. Prop the post upright and concrete in position
1:42
You can see how we concrete using Postcrete on a separate video
1:48
Mark out for your last hole. and we use a roughneck mutt for cutting through the surface before we dig
1:56
Mark the height of your second panel. Fix the baton or saw first and then fix the baton afterwards as you've seen
2:06
and fix it with some wood screws. When that's fixed, prop the posting position, make sure it's absolutely upright

the upright and plum and concrete in position. Add some panel and

bin store to keep the bins from the public eye
