4' Soil pipe

Can I leave my 4" soil pipe from my toilet into into my atticspace open or do I have to put it through the roof into the air?

you can put a durgo valve on the end of the pipe and end it in the loft.If your pipe is the last one on the drain run you will have to take it through the roof.
