Advice required to change a work top

I am planning to change my kitchen worktop

got all my work top ready with the cut out for sink and gas hob but not sure how to take the gas hob top out and refit it back

could anyone advice

It will be fitted into the recess from underneath so look for the fixings. Try to find the manufaturers details and mail them for hob fitting instructions.
