Air conditioning stopped heating room on Toshiba Eco Air ECO906SQ 2.6Kw

I have a Eco Air ECO906SQ 2.6kw 9,000btu Toshiba powered 'quick coupling' inverter air conditioner and all of a sudden the heating option has stopped working. Any suggestions on what may have caused this and how to fix it?
