Bathroom down lights IP rating

Hi,
I've bought some down lights for my bathroom from homebase which are rated IP64, are these suitsble for all area's of the bathroom, ie the shower area. As far as I can work out the only difference between IP64 & IP65 is that IP65 is dust proof & IP64 is dust resistant.
any help appreciated.
