black mould on wall and ceiling

In my bedroom I've got mould on a wall just above the skirting in a corner, also in the middle of a wall below an electric heater and where the ceiling meets the coving for about one metres length.. The wall is the only one in the room with an external wall.

I can't decide whether this is condensation or if I've got a problem with outside brick work.


Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
