blowoff- unvented hot water storage cylinder

hi guys, i have put ina new unvented indirect hot water storage cylinder in my basement (below ground evel). having problems with the building inspector signing new build off. this is due to the blow-off as it wont get signed off without a tundish or being graded uphill.

what are your thoughts on using a condensate pump. (this should be ok as water supply is pumped from a well, so if there is no power there is no water.

any ideas welcome. (keep in mind that it needs to be legit.ha)
