helo,
re: Installing shower room
In the back of the propert/house(attached to main house) there is a utility room (300mm solid brick wall and pitched slate roof.
I am planning to install shower,w.c and whb in the above room(for disabled use)
What do I need to conform with building regulations(insulation, drains etc etc)?

Thanks for any help
Alan

Impossible to say from here, talk to the building control officer of your local council.
