My central heating system has been working intermittently over the last few days. When it's not working the thermostat is clicking around 13 degrees and not activating the boiler to switch the heating on when I turn the dial, on other occasions it is fine.
I bought a new thermostat and fitted that but still the same problem so I have reverted back to the orignal. Any ideas what could be causing this.
Called out a heating engineer sat morning and after numerous phone calls to say that would be here in an hour the weekend is over and nobody turned up!
