check your room thermostat in the first instance and that your TRVs are on.

There is a diverter valve triggered by a micro switch, this switches the hot water from radiators to heat exchanger. Its probably one or the other.

Did your boiler used to work?

TRV are just the valves at the side of your radiator.

if the pressure is to low the boiler will not work on hot water as well heating.
trv's... wether thay are on or off this will not cause the boiler not to fire up for heating.
providing the room stat / programer is ok it does point towords a diverter valve problem
