Close board on a slope

What's the best way to secure arris rails on a fence run of about 17 metres with a height rise of about 3 metres.

If I use slotted posts, will I be able to angle the arris rail ends enough ?
If not, then are there arris brackets that will fit at an angle without wedging each one ?
