cold radiator

just moved into new house, all rads heat up except one, have bled and has water in, pipe at bottom of rad cold. any ideas thanks

I'm assuming you've turned on the radiator!!!!!

If it's got a thermostatic valve, the pin may be stuck down, otherwise the chances are the pipework leading to the radiator is airlocked - can be fiddly to remove, but try switching all other radiators and hw off. without more info on your sys I can't help much more!
