Concealed shower thermo mixer leaking

hi,

There's a leak in my concealed shower mixer and i have identified the leaky part - see below pictures. It's from the rightmost opening from which a part has come loose (another similar one in the middle is still fixed in well) i guess it can be fixed with some kind of paste, any ideas what? i don't have the mixer make or model details.

Looks like a Trevi shower valve and I'd suggest you replace the faulty bit.
