Condensation on outside of new windows

Postby Ian Thompson » Tue Nov 20, 2012 4:32 pm

I recently had all my windows replaced, but now find that the upstairs windows at the back of the house have condensation on the outside. this only happens on these two windows, Is there a fault in the windows?

Hi, many thanks for the repsonse. The condensation covers the whole window, so much so you cannot see out the window! Is this still Ok? it only happens early morning or evening

if its the middle of the glass unit aswell as outside, sounds like the glass unit has failed and you need a replacement.
