Trustmark and the NHIC
constantly blocked waste pipe
my drains are constantly blocked, at least twice a month i have to call landlady who inturn calls a man with a jet.the problem is nothing but the norm goes down however landlady seem think otherwise after looking on camera only to find the obviouse toilet roll etc what else could be problem be. after a jet sometimes can stay unblocked for just a couple of days,it costing a fortune
I take it nothing was found with the camera,
Sounds like a collapsed drain, or a section of the drain has dropped, this forms a lip where all the paper gathers causing a blockage. You need to get a camera down to check all the drainage pipes, manholes etc. Try someone other than the normal drainage company, it may be that it's a job he doesn't fancy doing - and if you're landlady is going to pay him twice a month to jet the drains - he'll be happy.
The CCTV will show all faults, this is the only way you will find the faults and find why it keeps blocking.
Ask for a Quick look to find the fault, should cost between £40-100 depends where in the country you are Mark The drainman
