I have a wet room (came with the house, would never install one) and the shower thermostat has broken (tried everything to repair, it's dead) I removed this to discover I have 135mm centers and 22mm pipes. I have asked in various plumber merchants and online but to get a new thermostat that fits this old format is near impossible (I found a kit with adaptors but unmovable centers and vice versa). Is there any adaptor that would make the 22mm pipe convert into a 15mm pipe and I can add a new thermostat on top? The alternative is to rip the whole wet room apart to replace the pipes.
