cutting bamboo

by tatmac » Fri Aug 08, 2008 9:20 am

i need to replace two pieces of bamboo kitchen worktop, this would require making two straight cuts across a piece of worktop. what is the best method of cutting, ie do i use a circular saw, or something else, i dont want to splinter the worktop. any help would be appreciated.

Hi

Have you had a chance to look at the DIY projects section on:https://www.diydoctor.org.uk/projects.htm There are several projects relating to worktops that may be of some use to you.

Cheers
