Hi,
I have got a damp problem next to my shower cubicle in a fairly new dormer extension. It is not damp to touch but is showing a clear visible line through the paint and starting to flake in patches. There is also what looks like patches of brown stickyness on top of the paint. Any ideas if this is penetration from behind shower or coming in from the outside?
