Trustmark and the NHIC
demolish a wall
dose this need building inspectors if it a non load bearing wall? does that mean plans to be drawn up and permission
HI
If you are 100% sure that the wall is non load bearing then is fine to take down without any consent. But you sound a little inexperienced so get a second opinion on whether or not the wall is load bearing or not.(with respect).
