Double Glazing Condensation on the outside

I have suddenly developed condensation on the outside of my double glazing! Is this normal, is there a reason for this, do I need to call in the experts? Is my double glazing 'shot'?

If the condensation is between the 2 panes of glass the glass unit has failed.
If its on the outside of the outer glass in the corners it normally clears when the suns on it.
