Hi
I have just taken out a window and replaced it with a patio door,
this mean't cutting the wall down to floor level. The internal reveals are still open and the cavity in the walls is visable both sides. Before I make good with plaster do I need to put a DPC across the cavity. The floor is wooden and there is a space underneath.
Any advise greatly appreciated

Use window board for the base of the door keep the cavity clear
