emulsion

I need to change matt emulsion to either vynl or eggshell as I can't buy them where I am. How do I do it, please?

Ahh - think I've cracked it. Hows this for an attempt at interpretation?

"Current paint finish is flat matt but I don't like it. I'd like to change it to a vinyl matt or eggshell finish but can't buy it locally".

If I'm correct you don't have to worry. You can buy paint online just like anything else these days. Just Google for it.
