External waste water pipe

by smedley » Fri Jan 08, 2010 10:27 am

Just noticed that it is leaking from the slip coupler (110mm). Its outside downstairs toilet and takes waste from downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom....any ideas on cause? Could the outside pipe be frozen as seems to have gotten worse since arrival of bad weather? Any ideas on what I can do to see what the cause is? simple tricks/tips most welcome.

smedley,
If its plastic the coupling may have moved so the joint is no longer sealed.
try moving the coupling up the pipe.
