    Faulty Light

    Postby mbowden33 » Sat Sep 01, 2007 2:59 pm

I have a bathroom light that in the past worked fine, it then went off intermittently. Now it hardly works at all. It is on the same circuit as an extractor fan which has its own switch. The extractor fan will only work when the light decides to. I have checked the pull switch for the light and changed the ceiling rose which has made no difference. The light will suddenly come on every couple of weeks for about ten minutes at which time the pull switch works fine as does the extractor, the bulb will then flicker and finally go out. Any Ideas??????
