finishing around halogen spotlight holes in ceiling

Post by whitewash » Mon Jul 30, 2007 10:30 pm

hello

ive cut through my lathe and plaster ceiling to incorporate halogen spotlights and im stuck with how to finish the wholes so they dont crumble, i also need to level each hole as the ceiling is artexed so i need to make a nice level base for each of the spots

anyone know of a substance which would do such a thing as ive tried filler but this mearly falls off the ceiling and isnt easy to apply to the lathe and plaster edges

regards

jamie
