Fireplace Not Lighting - Help

We have acquired a new home and don’t know much about our fireplace other than it doesn’t work. And this code: 620B760/01. There is no manual and no visible make or model although i have been advised by someone that it could be a Focal Point fire. I can see a red pilot light and can hear air rushing when i turn it on but no spark. Any advice gratefully received.
