Fitting a gate along fencing with concrete posts

Can anyone advise me on the best way and what is needed to put a gate in a fence I am going to conatruct using concrete posts, gravel boards and wooden fence panels.

Also for a 6 foot high fence panel and 1 foot gravel boards what size posts should I be using ?
