Flat Pack Resurrection What Size Drill Bit & Screws to Use?

by mellee2013 » Wed Nov 20, 2013 4:52 pm

I have to revive a flat pack chip board vivarium. I'm going to fill in all the old holes as they are stretched and damaged, and want to drill new holes to screw it back together. The boards are 1.5cm thick and I don't know what size drill bit and screws would be best to use, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Have a look at this project for more information about which Screws you should choose:

It is probably sensible to stick with the screw sizes and hole sizes that the pack was design with.
